This is the render comp that i made fast (I dont really know the parts lately):

So how can you help?
1) go to this site: http://www.pccoste.es/comprar/ordenadores/sobremesa-a-medida/pc.aspx?bn=2-0-3 (not other plz)
2) Select the parts that I selected. I dont need hdd, only cheap case,cheap mobo that can use the cpu, good 4 cores cpu (can be amd or intel) this is the most important (especially for after effects), cheap vga not for gaming only et, cheap power supply that can handle this system. + maybe a cpu cooler i dont know if the cpu is boxed or not, some memory that can handle the cpu i think 1 GB enough
3) You should end around 300 E

AFX needs lots of RAM. So you need pwnage CPU (Intel > AMD) and at least 2GB of RAM.

earn some more money and get better computer. 500€ is enough
ah maybe the quad e8400...
so quad 6600for 150E
Finland is fuckin expensive and Intel core 2 duo e8400 = 150€
and same price
but thats the reason why I picked a newer mid segment card.
if it is the case then the gfx cpu is much better a single tasks like that then a cpu so it'd be worth investing heavily in good SLI setup.
Just spend some more money and you can have a computer that you can use for all kinds of things.

but Fusen already told me that graka doesn't realy matter for rendering, so mine is better :P
