the rule has always been that you only speak a foreign language in a journal set up and shown in the title that it is a foreign language journal.
I don't fully agree with the language rule and wasn't really thinking about that when making the comment above, but as it is a rule that has been around for a long time, people should still be aware

I'd say majority of crossfire don't understand how lenient things are here, when you see other community sites talk about crossfire, they all mention how much spam and shit the users post.
