This journal contains two major concerns of mine:
1. What are the best alternatives to iPod? It should store 10+ gigs, have a fairly decent battery runtime and should, if possible, not be bound to a specific software (iTunes d'oh). Oh yeah, it should come in fancy colours too.
2. I hereby declare myself a major foonr fan. He always has the perfect response, a superb musical taste, a great sense of humor and for god's sake:

there is a guy at my old college who i saw whilst sat inside a dingy pub. he looks the splitting image of frodo. i whipped my prehistoric phone camera out and got a snap of the species. alas, i fear it has been deleted now
