my windows login is fucked up, something to do with a corrupt registry.
anyway whenever i login, i have to change some settings to how they were before.
one of these things is the taskbar height. i like it 2 bars high rather than the default one. so to do this i right click and uncheck the 'lock the taskbar' thing so it can move up.
however today i caught myself quietly singing 'lock the taskbar, lock the taskbar!' to the tune of 'the clash - rock the casbah'. it just fits so well !:o)
i am not the slightest bit embarassed, and enjoyed myself immensely. i will also probably do it again tomorrow :oD
you should try playing the link while looking at the right click taskbar menu. you wont be able to resist, and maybe even your feet will start tapping :oD

HOW CAN YOU HAVE TAKEN THAT FLAG ?????????? NOOOOOOO
PS:
guessing you know how to follow the instructions :D
but obviously instead of 1, set it to 0
see if it helps
it'd be fine if i quit windows normally but i just hold down the power button
\
that thing would not save my expanded c_askbar even if i wanted it to
"It is very important that the system is shut down properly. Simply turning the power off can cause serious filesystem damage. While the system is on, files are in use even if you aren't doing anything. Remember that there are many processes running in the background all the time. These processes are controlling the system and keep a lot of files open. When the system just gets powered-off, these files are not closed properly and become damaged."
so by setting it to 0, you are telling windows to save your desktop settings for the next startup
tbfh I reckon most people do it for all kinds of things ... maybe :P
:DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
You're right foonr, this is fun.
inc loek's image, you sure you haven't done this before?
