Means tabaco yes, but since most people put tabaco with their weed, as is comon in a normal joint, they aren't legal inside either. Only things you can smoke inside are joints with 100% weed in it. though most coffeeshops have smoking rooms now, only difference is, that there is no personal working in those rooms.

comparing high temp you smoke with w33D(COOLBOBMARLEY) is more harmful than regural cigarette. weed causes more mental retardness than alchohol
