lcd's for paly paly / movies

Looking for a nice lcd monitor for gaming/watching movies & moviemaking.
My budget is limited, I'm able to spend 150-200€. Should be a 22' widescreen.

Yeah, the samsung lcd is a great one, already thought about it. The Acer has 5ms, I'd like to get a monitor with 2ms, cause I heard, that there's a big difference between 2- & 5ms

The Samsung Syncmaster 226 BW should be perfect then:

- 22 inch (widescreen)
- 3000:1 Dynamic Contrast
- 2 ms
- 1680*1050 resolution
- Awesome design
- Samsung = great for gaming

EDIT: the difference between a 2 ms and for example a 5/10 ms is not that big. You wouldn't notice it on sight.

not if you are watching, but you can probably feel the difference if you are playing

At Acer challenge we played on a 5ms Acer LCD and this crappy normal Samsung one they have there, duno which one it is. Was supposed to have 2ms.

After playing on both I must say that the 5ms one was way better to play on than the 2ms Samsung.

I'll get a HP W2207 5ms 22" LCD in the next days, as my second iiyama 454 broke 2 days ago.
Hope it doesn't disappoint me!

226BW doesnt support a high definition signal, for that you need HDMI output, its a 2ms monitor without hd or tv input, it has hdcp which is unrelated in any way
