it is a shame that what you think is instantly discarded into that pile of what can only be described as turd the minute it sprouds from the energy provided bay all those milkybars. this in turn bombarded you with subtle advertising hints that made you crave the energy, which then became a repetitive cycle: milkybar provides energy to produce constant drivel.

perhaps the solution is to eat more of these nutritious snacks, and maybe even allow them to replace breakfast entirely, for my english is currently set at below even medium (otherwise known as 'the russians will understand you')
