GTA4 Epic Ending

For all of you who have finished the game, I got some questions...

At about 62percent of the game I end up killing Dimitri and Jimmy P, are there any more missions to follow - people to meet.

Or should I just have taken the deal with Jimmy and continued from there?

at very end, (percentage doesn't really factor into storyline)

There are the individual missions, vigilante missions and most wanted missions. Most likely you still havnt finished brucies internet cars or the assassins missions judging from the percentage.
