hey dudes
since my old diamondback is broken i use a 10 € mouse ~.~
now i want to buy a new mouse again...
i bought razer exact mat, shortly after that my Diamondback broke : x
now i need some feedback.
Should I try Mx518 or any other mouse(for example G5...etc) or should i stay @ razer ?
Maybe you have some experiences with eXact Mat + Logitech ?
Would be nice if you could post your opinion about Lachesis / Mx518 / G5 or any other mouse you can recommend.
btw : I'm using kinda low sens

ps: dont go laser, it sucks
But if you feel, that the diamondback is good for you, just buy it again, I don't see any reason why you would have to buy any other mouse, if this one fits for you.. ;)
Edit: MX518 works well here, its a really good mouse. I also own an eXactmat, but mx518 + eXactmat = enormous fail...
I heard from few persons that Razer's arent that long-living ?!
I know about 2 people who said their Copperhead died within 1 year.
And someone once wrote a journal about low/high sens and the mouse for it.
If i remember correctly he said something like :
Mx518 : If you move the whole wrist ( low sens ?!)
Razer : If you mostly just move your hand. ( higher sens ?!)
Maybe somone know something about this.
Personal field-reports about noticeable diffrences between Logitech mouses (MX518, G5....) and Razer mouses ( Diamondback, Deathadder, Lachesis) would be nice.
Just write what you know, it will help ;D ;D ;D
deathadder is technically superior to the mx518, but it comes down to feel at the end of the day
And same for high sens ingame...then you don't need that effort ? (hand )
well nvm about the wrist thing xO
Noone thinks about how he moves the hand, he juest move it how it fits for him.
I think you can't over-simplify such things.
You know anything about the long-living thing?
Just fear that my mouse will die after a short time then, if I buy Razer >(
but uhh... wrist isnt big enough to use low sens with, it cant turn enough... most lowsens players are moving their arm more than anything else, sometimes its necessary to use the wrist but rarely
moving the forearm ( together with wrist ) for lowsens dudes...
Just expressed wrong DX
Mh I will wait for some comment...but I think I will buy Deathadder, since Mx518 doesn't work with exact mat like one guy said before.
And i don't wanna take any risks with buying another logitech mouse then.
The choice between the DA and the mx is mainly based on the shape, the rest is quite identical.
DA > HABU
mx518 > G5

Razer got the best lasermice imo. Logitechs best lasermouse is the G5 but its worse than alle the razor mice
personally I have got a mx518 and I definitely will buy it again. there is no need for a more expensive logitech in my opinion.
what the mx518s weight ?
I have both and although I think the DA is a superb mouse the MX518 still fits my hand alot better.
