cfg prob!?

I got a problem!!!
since the last 2 weeks my autoexec.cfg isn't working anymore and i dunno how it happened....i used to play ETPro but now during the time i started to play jaymod and its since then that my autoexec aint working anymore....so now i have to exec my cfg every time when i get in the game and its f#ck!n=g annoying :@
