110-112.5 fov with 1.75 sens normally but I'm practicing with 90 fov, The screen shakes a lot but headshotting seems easier. Hopefully I'll get used to it.

I'm guessing you don't get any negative accel @ very fast movements, what's your hardware setup, mouse, pad etc ? Just asking cuz I used to play that sens, It's a 50 acc sens but I can't play it anymore with this G5 :/

Cfg (gfx, netsettings), other crosshair (it's colour and size), other fov, other sens, other strafing style.

Clean mousepad, clear table from all kind of interfearance, take other chair.

You're good to go.

fov 90 and dont use 0.015 m_pitch, try smth higher: 0.016-0.019 would be ok (mine is 0.016), but rifle players usually dont shoot much hs :/ most of them are point-and-click aimers, while to shoot 3hs you should track much better

ask the cupsize from your mother, that should be your fov then get an iQ test, should be around 0.018 in your case i guess, so that should be your pitch then jump from the roof, the time it takes for you to hit the ground should be your sensitivity..

once you have done this you will be teh n1 pro

Imo move to Poland, take lowsense and just jerk your mouse around and let the antilag own. If it's not enough, buy a bot for 10 zlotty and you can say it's the antilag that works wonders.

try to go on server where u have rcon and set with it b_headshot 9999, it will show you where boxes are (ofc,its better to have m8 with you to see boxes on him xD), than you will know more about boxes..

I have script for changing fov,from 105 to 90.. 90 helps me to aim on far distances,with 105 I can handle with huger space on closer..

m_pitch "0.0175

not hard to improve headshoting,you just have to pracc it ( 3on3 is best for it imho ) and u have to contrencate to have crosshire in right pitch..
