Just wanted to know what do you guys think about the quality of the following clip! I'm just a beginner in moviemaking so don't expect some uberleet quality!

And if you think i'm using a proxy, well that's too bad. Could you just comment about the quality, or just stop the spam.
With that slow cam and there not being much motion in the clip it's useless as a quality guide.
What you have so far is 14.1mb for 21 seconds. That's 40.29mb/min.
When it comes to a faster trick sequence, or a frag sequence, you're going to have a nightmare trying to get the same result with your current settings.
Truth be told, anyone can get quality like that. Quality like that with half the filesize would be better to see. Given the motion in that clip, it could be done.
