For the people who dont know what a donkey punch is, it is a slang term for an apocryphal and potentially lethal sexual practice supposedly performed during anal sex. The purported practice involves the penetrating partner punching the receiving partner in the back of the head or neck, allegedly causing the receiving partner's anal passage to tense up and increase the pleasure of the penetrating partner.

Someone has decided to make this into a movie. which i find quite amusing.

it is a local word for a questionable method used during butt sex. It involves the man (giving) punching the woman (or man lol!) in the back of the head or neck, and apparently causes the woman (or man lol!) to squeeze and come everywhere.
