I think the 1st one.
the audio one is for advanced audio systems with a high Hz peak.. basicly used for DJ mixing stuff, not sure how to call these audio systems...

I'd say the gamer edition
i'd buy the 1st one
Depends what you want, but thinking that you'd use it for basic music listening / playing I'd go for the first one.
ANY
/me got 2nd
59 € for a soundcard = geekish
onboard > all

Dont buy Crappy Creative get some quality like Auzentech.
yo hummel
still using my soundblaster live which is something like 10 years old \o/

i am curious though, what are you going to be using it for? so many gamers spend $$$$$ on soundcards and all they do is play Q3 engine games and listen to lossy mp3 music
need more poker journals!
You need soundcard @ ET

It says GLING GLING
both are good i think
ASUS XONAR DX should be your choice
Take the second imo
All the xtreme additions are equally bad so take your pick.

Infact the xtreme edition of X-FI isn't even X-FI, it's just a rebranded old SE Audigy 2 (with the old hardware lol)..

But to relunctantly answer ur Q, buy the GAMER edition, its exactly the same as the MUSIC edition, except the music edition is discontinued.

But if you want my advice, go on ebay and buy a 2nd hand card for the same price that is much better.

And to answer all the tards here. Soundcard makes a big difference if you actually care about sound quality (especially @ music like I do), but only a good pair of headphones will really do them justice. You will also notice a big difference when plugging the sound into an amp.
