The normal solution ( Go to console (~) and type "/pb_cdkeyreg", press enter, wait until the Registration Successful message comes up. ) usually works but if it doesn't try the next steps.
Install a fresh version of ET over your current one, this will make sure all the necessairy files are ok. Then update punkbuster ( pbweb.exe) and make sure that there isn't a single etkey file in your etpro/etmain or any other mod directory.After that connect to a random server.
I'm not sure if this will help but I had this problem once in the past as well and this is everything I did before it worked again.
*edit* dl pbsv.exe and pbsetup.exe ! :p
