Headset/Headphone again

Since I got some extra cash I want to buy some new headset or headphone. I have read thousands of reviews and a lot of people are saying that the best headphones aren't the ones made by gaming companies like SteelSeries or Razer, but the ones made by audio experts brands like Sennheiser or Beyerdinamic :s. I was almost decided to buy the Sennheiser HD555 until i found out that it doesn't have a in-line control for volume and mic :(. I really need some advices about what Headset to buy. The price is not so important. It can be 100 euros or more if it deserves. No 5.1 or 7.1 shities pls. The microphone isnt required but would be good.

Is there somebody using Razer Piranha ? or the Icemat Siberia neckband ? is a neckband more comfortable than a normal one ?

Any recommendation will be highly appreciated ! thx

what about Sennheiser PC350? afaik they are on the same price range as HD555

it looks very fine, but in my country is ~ 160 euros :D hd555-> 80 euros

where should i know what model of sennheiser do you have ?

Speedlink Medusa is a pretty good headset, though it's 5.1 =o[

if your not after brands like Sennheiser or Beyerdinamic, i used steelseries siberia headset and id just like to say the sound quality was amazing, the only problem is that the mic was a huge dissapointment very poor qual. just recently bought the creative fatal1ty headset and although the sound quality isnt as good it is still really good has more bass and the mic works well.

if your after a full headset aka sound + mic then yes, but if your after sound quality with no mic then siberia imho

I use the senn HD 280 pro, happy with them. great price to quality ratio.
