PHP tournament script

tried googling, didn't find what i was looking for

any of you who organised cups know of a PHP script that allows people to register on the site, create clans, etc and also lets admins create tournaments with brackets and all the needed stuff?

does it allow people to register (validate via email), let admins manage users and cups, etc ?

i'm looking for something clanbase-like

you can't validate via email, you just register your clan on that page and it adds it to the signups which you can manage in admin mode.

you can only remove clan, not players that are in it.

i can give you login/pw so you can have a look if you want

putty's bracket system is best imo

phptourney is used by most quakeworld 1v1 tournaments

apart from that I'm not really sure

edit: read your bit about email/running different cups etc, and i think phptourney might be better for that... although on second thought... I dont remember it having great clan support... back to square one :\

yeh user registration/validation, etc, is very important. if it doesn't offer those options, it's pretty much useless to me

I can't imagine it would be easy to find such a thing for free :\

England Kendle wrote a dragonfly module called mComp which was fully featured, but it is no longer available for free :\

tried phptourney some days ago because i couldnt find a working link for putty, but theres nothing for clans in it i think, only option is to signup as a clan instead of a player

I've got an advice for you, try to code it yourself..
Or just buy one.

You must be fucking lazy if you think you have searched it on google.. cause there are a lot scripts out there.. for free!

Do you have any clue how much work it is to search, compare to coding it self. it's nothing.. oh and I want to bet like.. 1 gran that I know how long it could take cause I know php.

Why would I show my skill to you if I don't even know you.. Why always those big talks?

I know good how long it could take cause I code websites, I know what MySQL & PHP is, I know what XHTML is.. I know how to code a tourney script..

But what's the big deal of showing it? It doesn't say anything, if you think it makes a different, please search other forums for coding like http://www.tweakers.net
