only sniperkiddos use 0.022 or maybe even higher

if u want to shoot hs put 0.01501, but I don't really like it. I have 0.022 :)) thats what I like.

the higher m_pitch u use, the higher the up and down movements speed of the mouse will be, so in my opinion, the lower the better + it depents on ur DPI and stuff same as sensitivity.. so its different at other mouses
