olympics mens 100 m

this year looks to be the best for the 100 metre mens tbh. 12 people have already run under 10 seconds with the top 3 all being within 9.74 and 9.79 and everyone being within 0.3 of a second. may well see world records being broken this year. ofc the most watched sports event in history is the 100 metre final with like 2 billion people watching it and britains Dwayne Chambers just had to take drugs and got disqualified didnt he.

w00t girl from my school is doing gymnastics.

probably, then again with the amount ppl that are growing with the average height increasing, it will get to the stage where athletes will probably take 2 strides and be passed the finish line.

the world record cannot be broken again in about 50years anyway because the human body cannot afford endless power because at a special point the sinews and muscless will just crush >:O
but anyway whoever wins there is doped anyway...remember justin gatlin ?

they cant be doped you retard , they go through drug testing before and in between every single race, urine tests, blood tests are taken many times :). any trace of enhancement drugs there out . so it cant happen like before. by the way the world record is 9.74 by asafa powell of jamaica set last year in italy beating mouricee greens time of 9.79 and asafa powell said in his interview my physicall limit has not yet been reched and i believe i can run raster to 9.70 or even 9.69. guess everyone can believe what they want but wel see on race days :)

edit: sorry it is 9.72 by Usain Bolt of jamaica also , 2 fastest people in the world both from jamaica np.

this will be the fastest 100 metre race in history. in all the past events under 5 runners could do it in under 10 seconds , now 12 runners have already done under 10 seconds before the heats have even started. tbh this race will go to who wants it the most cause many people are just 0.3 seconds apart.

East Germany only has one world record for men (not counting old design javelin), but yes that will be hard to break.

There's a lot of other hard to beat records though, and not only Eastern block ones. For example Flo Jo's (100m/200m), Michael Johnson's (200m) and Edwards' (triple jump) records could also last a long time.
