Gas pipeline

For those thinking that Russia attacked Georgia to defend it's citizens must be really naive... There will be a gas pipeline going through that region... the so called http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Stream . Atm Europe depends on Russia to supply with natural gas.
The new pipeline will remove Russia's monopole over this natural resource and it will burn their pockets really really bad. They won't let this happen at any cost... even war.

I'm not finnish, so I dunno. about Estonian media, it isn't controlled by the goverment imo, there's not a lot of hate and propaganda against other countries at all, but i guess i'm not the one to judge it clearly.

Well South-Ossetia belongs to Georgia and I haven't heard that they bombed Russian peacekeepers or citizens, just fought the rebels. And what the fuck? It isn't a war? Why the hell is Russia then doing on other lands territory? Now they are already crossed the South-Ossetian boarder and are 60km away from Tbilisi.. Of course it was stupid from Georgia to do what they did but it doesn't allow Russia to go to South-Ossetia and even further than that!
