attention out of range

I was using a crappy 9200 ati card and wanted to plug in a better (still crappy) 6200 nvidia card.
So i uninstall drivers for the old one turn of computer put in the 6200 start up and only thing my screen tells me is : Attention out of range H: 84.3KHz V:160.4Hz.
Anyone knows a solution for this?

It's your monitor most likely!
Try to lower the values and make sure they're within the capabilities of your monitor.
I guess you're refreshrate is too high :)
How to lower the values?
I cant even enter the bios.

You got any other screen?
Can you boot in safe mode?
Try to reset your monitor

I tried 3 different screens.
From the moment i hit the power button the error comes on the screen.
Its not giving me any options and bashing F8 doesn't seem to work :D

Must be something with your gfx card :)
Parent
plug in old gfx card boot up and set the refreshrate to 60
Parent
restart your pc without the graphic card, download drivercleaner pro, sweep your pc for still some ATI stuff on your pc, left overs, try again
no onboard grafics card.
edit: ill try with 9200 plugged in without drivers :D

do that, and sweep with the drivercleaner pro thingy, then unplug, put the new graphic card in, maybe try to put bios settings on default or something

Assuming you know what the bios battery looks like (silver coin shaped, it looks like a watch battery), I'd take that out for about 10 seconds. That should sort any bios issues out. Make sure your graphics card and the cables are seated properly/plugged it. It's possible that while you were uninstalling the old drivers something went terribly wrong so a reinstall (or something a little less drastic) might be needed.
none of the above helped :(.
I declare the card dead.
Ill just continue using the 9200.
Thx for the replys.
you need to update ur pc mate so you can own ! xDD
