Movie Secton Upgrade

Anonymous fusen's been busy again... changes:
  • Admins can sticky 'reviews' (ie good comments) in their own section
  • Overall rating for reviews is shown
  • You can change your rating
  • There's now uniform boxes for codec / length / fliesize

if we take that from xfire2->xfire3 basically only change was ugly white design, then now we can call it xfire133734556256.0.1 using the same numbers

Finally I'm feeling like writing proper reviews again. I didn't feel listened to before but this is another great addition to the page.
