how to unban 2

How can i unban from an ETpro server using PB guid?

i got RCON ofc


EDIT *********After unbanning the PB Guid, the user still getting this message:

You have been banned from this server by server admin

what can i do for unban him?

pb_sv_banlist for the ban nr.
pb_sv_unban -ban nr- to unban
