movie resize

i need a program like vdub (easy and for free) to resize .wmv and .avi files with divx/xvid codec.

vdub doesnt support wmv for me :/

vegas is the opposite of complicated to be quite honest, takes a hour maybe to get the hang of it

ps: if someone got a good seeded sony vegas 7(!) torrent, please link it, thanks in advance
