which colour combination? and why?
I know the background colour sucks but it's the clubcolour

If I had to pick one out of these 3, it would be the second one. See green is the brightest colour the human eye can see. However green is also the least eatable colour. Psychologically that is. People associate green with nasty and sour stuff. However red is considered the most eatable colour. It is associated with sweets and love and what not. So 2 has the best contrast.

I would add some more colours. Try to look for them looking from a psychological perspective as well. Throw in some blue and purple. Look the meaning of various colours up and blend them.
