tbh, if it's included in sp, i don't see why they would leave it out of mp (considering other games have it.. cod etc.) Although, i do hope that theres an option/mod to turn it off - like a pro mod thing :)

The blood spots were added later by the magazine to cap nazi symbols. It has nothing to do with the ingame blood at all. I guess a deeper look at the screen would have lead you to the same conclusion in the first place.
