Just for the info, no, i didn't make this rule. But I think it makes sense imo. What do you think?

(before it was: Caught cheating a second time = 10 years (120 months) no matter what game/how many years passed)

This does not apply to people permanently banned before the 20th of August 2008

It's not the same, if you get caught cheating again now you can end up getting banned for a year instead of 10 years if the first suspension was short enough. That's not a good thing, though :c

First time cheaters should get a lenient ban, 'n if the first time be a pub hack just a warning.
