Well thats true.. but they ported it to consoles => they remade the same game for the xbox360/ps3 + when they were busy on the PC version they were working on the ps3/360 version aswell, only at a slower rate.. they changed the engine slighty for the console version..

Nobody plays ETQW. Fps' suck on consoles and on the PC they are more fun, so if anyone would buy it and would have a "good" PC, he would probably buy it for his PC and not PS3.

In my opinion etqw is alot better on the ps3 than on the pc, altho this is idd one of the only mp fps games that is better on the ps3 than on the pc

Yes, I liked ETQW aswell when I played the demo for the PC, Actually I thought it was a very nice game.. but it became really boring after a while.


and that its better on the ps3 than on the pc is only your opinion

I stopped playing competitively a few months after I bought it as I was more active playing ET then. I just randomly jump on the game now and then :>

The comp scene is still there just about, we currently coming towards end of the summer cups, some of the higher clans have parted their ways but they were arogant twats anyway. If it wasn't for ET:QWPro the comp scene would have well and truely died ages ago.

Until something better comes around (Wolfenstein maybe?) I'll be sticking with ET:QW plus I'm making maps for it which is fun too.

I can agree with you on that, FPS-games that are made for consoles and not ported from PC to console are good games. But in the end its all about personal taste.:)
