you have no clue, 195 was the norm but they lowered it to 193 because it was raining and ALL 15 went through, do you think she wouldn't have jumped 195 if she jumped 205 today and she was the only one this season to jump over 2m every time?
because it would be more fair if they took in consideration how many times in total she failed to jump over the bar instead for one height (when they both jumped the same height)

compare it to a football match, two clubs have the same amount of points but one club has a better goal difference, the club that has the better difference wins the last match in the season by 2-0 while the other club wins 3-0 but the first clan still has a better advantage
if we would use the same rules in football then the other club with crappier goal difference would be first and it should be the other way around
