Help with S-video @ ATI

Hi, i got HD3650 XT, and i want to connect it to the TV with a S-Video cabel.
with my 8500GT, i just plugged it in and then i got the option in the nvidia driver.

i cant find that option/ way to active it on my ATI driver..

ye but im using my xbox as a dvd player and i cant use copied DVD's on it
Parent
haven't tried using it for ages but last time I did it was by sticking cable in both ends, catalyst control center then picked up the display under "disabled" which had a TV icon shown, I then right clicked and 'attached' as a second display

yes you right, the TV controler is over there, but my PC cant detect the TV.. i pugged the S-Video cable and restarted my PC, still nothing.. what should i do?
Parent
make sure cable is seated properly on both ends and then restart both tv and pc, TV after the pc is up and running.

card should detect it, could be a dodgy cable

i plugged the cable, restarted the PC and then the TV, watch this

Right click the TV icon and do what Fusen said. If you have the TV icon there it means the your pc detected it.
Parent
as loctar said, right click the TV icon and attach it as a secondary desktop

nvm i got it, just switched from Advanced settings to Basic settings, and there i got an option to use the TV instead of the monitor..

wierd
