ax file installation

i followed this tut crossfire.nu and had some probs during coreavcdecoder installation.All trys failed dunno why, i getting msgs like its not possible to do, i tried to use program to install dll,ocx and ax files and it failed too. Is it possible its because of my windows xp HOME version ?

btw. gimme solution how to convert xp home to professional without sys reinstallation.
