anyone of you ever did this test?
did it today and got 2750 metres, i was told it is quite good/normal.

edit: crossfire seems to have some great runners, we should think about signign up in 4 years in London

edit: so I ran 3000 after a year of doing nothing but sitting at my desk.
when i'm in shape: 2800-3000
Now able to run around 3000m.

nowadays I'm even lazier and fatter, I think I'd run something like 2100-2200 now :/

In Belgium, the cooper test is like, you have a field of 15 or 20 metres long, and everytime there is a buzzer, you must have reached the line on the other side; but everytime the buzzer will buzz faster & faster. I think my best achievement was 11 minutes, at an age of 12. I really don't know :D
The Cooper-test is running for 12 minutes, and try to run as far as you can. I think I made 2,8 km at an age of 15.

Im a good runner, maybe xDD
and thers 20 levels. in each level there is 10 beeps. i got to 13.5.
if i did it now i wouldnt even get to 5 im so unfit.
on the scale in wikipedia i was very good now id be very bad. 2 easy for finding ET. but quit et now so get back into sport ftw
