Another edition of UEFA Champions League , another chance to see good football

Romania has 2 teams in groups,and RomaniaSteaua advance to the group stage for the third season in succession
I also hope big teams will be in group with Steaua, and maybe i will see some great players :D

Your 'rating' is based on your last five or six seasons in European competition (as well as which country you're from). So despite the fact that Liverpool and Chelsea managed to reach the semis two or three seasons in a row, they weren't initially put in the top pot, because they had to make up for the seasons when they either weren't playing in the Champions league, or didn't get very far.

Same thing with Man Utd. Despite the fact they were in a 'slump' for a couple of years, their '99 win and the fact they always, bar three seasons ago, made it to the play-offs meant they were always in the top pot. Their next two seasons were a semi-final and a win, the system works well and promotes stability!
