Homer: Awww... 20 dollars!? I wanted a peanut.
Homer's brain: 20 dollars can buy many peanuts!
Homer: Explain how.
Homer's brain: Money can be exchanged for goods and services!
Homer: Woo hoo!
Damn, and i wanted to be high even this one time :(
But I agree with Mind, some guys said it felt so much different and hard to play at lan with those tft's than home with crt, I didn't notice the difference and I have crt at home.
I can set 85hz , but it feels more good with 60hz , so im playing with 60hz Samsung LCD (syncmaster 920n), dno why they make moar hz if it sucks lol, 60hz <3
Doubling the frequency with which the screen is refreshed will allow two different approaches:
. bla bla
. Alternatively, the press release also suggests that the 120 Hz could be used continuously, showing 120 frames per second. This will ‘eliminate afterglow and all trace effects in movies,’ according to the press release; We’ve already tested televisions which ran at 100 or even 120 Hz, a task at a which some them performed very well. On the very best, the amount of afterglow is effectively halved by comparison with a 60 Hz monitor with a similar response rate. We should find that these 120 Hz monitors are as good for playing games as the best CRT screens.
showing 60 images for the left eye, and 60 images for the right eye, with a pair of specially designed glasses separating the two. It’ll be up to your brain to take the final step and produce the impression of 3D images. The peripheral you’ll need is a pair of NVIDIQ glasses connected directly to the graphics card.
idd. Would be fun to see people playing with that :D
I'm lucky, I have a 22" LCD and a 21" CRT set up here, so about 3/4 days, maybe even 1 week before lan, I'll probably switch to my LCD so I have a little time to get used to it before I'm forced to use that shit. ;_;

For example I cant play with 76/90/100 fps, only with 125 I hate those horisontal lines.
but i mean even on desktop , 75hz is kinda blurry
CRT users own first time LCD users because CRT users aren't used to LCD. That's why most CRT users get raged on LAN by LCD users in their first games.
WTF
It's like watching 3D movies with those stupid glasses
