Hies.

So basicly long story short, glitz is back, need to revive it with a website, got a design, no coding, need someone.
Will be able to pay/do something for you or trade somehow.

Most of the design companies have DESIGNERS and CODERS, im a designer, havent learned that and I WONT,

I have my work and i do that,

example if you are a Builder - you have to make House by youre own ?

actually in Germany you have to learn both if you do the standard education for media design/ web design. No serious company would hire a webdesigner who isn't able to program at least in php, java and asp.net

nonsense, how can you make a design if you dont know html, flash or the possibility of those on your own, how can u tell a coder what u want in the end if he cant develop what you want because u dont know thats possible to show it to him.

A builder is equal to a coder, and every coder probably can build up his basic design aswell.
What you wanted to say is about an architect not building the house, thats probably as stupid since every architect did make atleast one placement during his education for some construction company to know how to build a house and to know what he needs for his archtecture propose.

chosen, i can very well build a basic design by myself.
i know very well basics of html and php& can handle these.
but about this project i know that i can`t make that system by myown and i also don`t have time for that.

and ive never told that i dont know how to do that or what ?
