Powersupply

I want to build a low budget pc:

need to know if a Powersupply with +3,3V: 16.5A, +5V: 22A, +12V: 14A works fine with CPU INTEL Celeron DualCore E1200

not sure because of +3,3V: 16.5A, isn't 20A@3,3V necessary?

yes, it's enough, +plz name the manufacturer of the powersupply cos it may depend on it also :>
