I'm heading off for early doors at the bank 'n my letting agent. Had a threatening phone call yesterday tellin me to sort it or they'd block all my accounts =[ My well thought out plan be to tell them yeah I've spent your money, I can't pay it back right now so leave me be please !

So by midday I'll either be awesomly happy 'n only somewhat broke - or homeless 'n destitute :~)

Wish me luck! Halifax are bastards!! 'n feel free to start a nellie fund ~/

idd, was spent on frivolous things such as food, rent & gas :O)

In all seriousness nobody likes a downer so we don't talk money 'n keep it hid. Just bein emo 'n ventin it to the spam 'n care on crossfire :# need a myspace page or smth...

Some part my fault, some the bank bein heartless bastards. Reduce the overdraft wiout notifying me, then £35 fine on every transaction + interest for 'goin over' the new limit. When you use yer debit card regularly for small transactions over a few days 'n only realise when ya get the first of many fines through...! I'll whine some when I get back... ~)

if you have been getting overdraft fines then you can still request to get some of the money back. The court rulings on it still hasn't been finalised.

Sounds like someone needs to take on a second job :P

Got told to find the template 'n get it done. Be a stupid amount I get back if they win in court!<3

Edit: this be bordering on absurd... quick tally through my statements shows £755 worth of charges over 6 months

I'm in a similar situation, kinda. My overdraft is completely spent, and this was the perfect time for someone to try and steal money from my account! Had to get my card cancelled and waiting on forms to dispute the charges (three from Malta made within 40 minutes of each other, all for the same amount...). Which isn't so bad in its self, but I'll get charged for going over my overdraft, so I'll have to ring up and dispute those charges as well.

Banks have no brains!

Good luck. Can't wait for my student loan next month, and I'm glad I've already paid my housing deposit! ^^

The brilliant exceptions. Lest we forget the some 1.6 million unemployed, with nearing a million on jobseekers 'n a further 2 odd million on incapacity!
