its not fake 100 %. big wave riders are always looking to surf these type of waves. however they only appear in places like hawaii like 1 mile out of the shore. if you have watched documentarys on the best big wave riders on the planet it has interviews and they say that they swim for about 45 minutes before they start seeing the wave. they have to swim over 2 or 3 massive waves before even getting to this wave.why helicopters, jetskis all have to go out because hes almost surely gunu be wiped out by it. waves like this accur miles out at sea VERY rarely. and when they do u can bet ur ass u got the best riders on the planet trying to get there as fast as they can.
