Bedtime rituals

So my cat is already asleep. I'm wondering whether, like me, you've a bedtime ritual. Do any of you do anything 'special' before going to sleep, or are you one of those people who just falls asleep straight away?

I usually read for a while, and I finally finished off Brave New World (Huxley) last night (poor John :[).

At the moment, I'm deciding whether to read a chapter of Lady Chatterley's Lover (D.H. Lawrence) or an essay or two from Previous Convictions (A.A. Gill). Either way, good night crossfire, sweet dreams!

mostly I play poker for few (1-7) hours. so nothing special basically.

I usually have a podcast playing when I go to sleep, been like this for months without an exception, I don't think I can actually fall asleep in silence anymore. :P

I usualy put my radio on an one hour timer so I can listen some music before falling asleep.

Nothing. My mind seems to wake up just when I want to go to sleep, so I usually try NOT to fall asleep ^^

I listen stairway to heaven, almost every night :D

then normally I fall in sleep and mp3 will play all night long and battery is empty next morning :(
