That's love or hate music, wether it's music or not is highly subjective. I have to agree thought that a lot of it seems to be made only because "WE AR HARDCOAAARR!!", and the music kinda gets the same depth as the people making it.
But the genre itself is great, very expressive. You can paint musical images with metal that you can't paint with any other genre.
