Process killers..

Does anyone here use any process killing (suspending?) programs for extra RAM? Do you consider it actually worth it?

I am occasionally prone to clicking stuff i shouldn't, so am i going to screw up my PC if i use one - whats the risk?

Which program(s) can you guys recommend? Thanks!
