it's got so many flaws in it, but i suppose the admins aren't always around(or are they? :OO) to witness everything. i myself have recieved warning points for spam and just for actually replying on topic - so fuck knows what is right and what isn't :(

The number of warning points for a certain offense are guidelines and admins are human.

It can also be that someone broke the rules before and thus gets more warning points this time, or that someone is fairly new and a first time offender and thus either gets low warning points or none at all.

It's all relative imo.

how does this work? im just being curious. i've had two 15point warnings and 1..erm was it 60 or something? so practically my next warning would be a ban? but lets say there's a...6 months past from the last(60 point) warning, does that mean im still gonna get banned or does the time ease the penalty?

Warning points that are given to you will automatically be removed a week after, with the condition that you did not get any more warning points in that week. The highest number of warning points will be deleted in that case. And so on.

BUT, admins remember names. So if someone has been doing the same rulebreaking for many times over then admins will give them higher warning points. It also depends on the seriousness of the offense what an admin will do. He could choose to give higher warning points or simply ban right away. For example, posting a journal with a picture of hitler and flaming that all jews must die for instance, would not even get warning points but would simply get permbanned.

what i meant was..every warning(as you said depends how serious it is) you get, you get more warning points. but if i've had a long break(eg half a year) without getting warned and if i then get warned(lets say it's not exactly the worst thing to get warned for), do i still get more warning points than the last warning i had?

Depends on the admin I guess. If he still remembers that he gave you warning points for that in the past, then he could give you more points. But like I said, it depends on the admin.

Yes. He is the prime example of someone who doesn't give a shit about any rule, and his latest stunt of picture spamming was something he expected only a few warning points for. He already knew he had punishment coming before he posted it, and that's simply not the way it works. Especially loekino knows the rules like no other and he's been banned for tons of things before and last night's stung was simply the last drop in the bucket. Permban for him.

Admins, friends of admins etc, are allowed to do more before receiving warning points. Unknown users, like me, receive warning points for nothing.
