internet fuuked?

So... this is the third night my ping goes wild after8 o'clock, the later it gets the higher my ping is. Anyone had this problem before? Pc's of my brothers are off and there's no stranger in a car with a laptop in front of my house.

had sth similar few weeks ago, sometimes my inet just crashed and came back after 2 mins, didnt have a clue what it was, and there wasnt any sign of it the next day :<

stupid traffic...randomly it happen to me jumping from 100 stable to unsteady 200 ping, but its perfectly fine @ late night / morning...i dono how to fix it
