Low FPS with movie config

I dunno whats up ... i dont have 76 FPS on any resolution and on any map with a movie config.
I dont think i can blame my PC ...
CPU: E8500 (2x3.2Ghz)
GPU: HD4870
RAM: PC8500 (4GB)
Any solutions or maybe different configs -.-

hand it over and ill check if i get the same FPS problems.
if yes, then the movie cfg is bollox!
if no, then your system has some bottleneck!

That's a BIG performance killer, change it to 0.

(Both cvars control rendering of stuff you cannot see anyway!)

and why use s_khz 44 if the sound samples themself are 22khz only?
a higher bitrate won't increase the soundquality..
If you dont mind giving it to me, just do ;=)
