Low FPS with movie config

I dunno whats up ... i dont have 76 FPS on any resolution and on any map with a movie config.

I dont think i can blame my PC ...

CPU: E8500 (2x3.2Ghz)
GPU: HD4870
RAM: PC8500 (4GB)


Any solutions or maybe different configs -.-

Why would you want high FPS with your movie config anyway?
I want atleast constant fps ... and i just wonder why it is so fucking laggy -.- it shouldnt be.

and why use s_khz 44 if the sound samples themself are 22khz only?
a higher bitrate won't increase the soundquality..
