dont think that color is available.. BUT I have seen people use hexa-decimal values for crosshair.. tried it some weeks ago but couldn't get it to work anymore.. but I think that would be your solution.
Pretty weird cause u can get it when u browse trought colors in game.

are you sure it's not cyan? then do this:

browse through the colors in the menue, save and go to console and write this "cg_crosshair" and press tab. You will get a list for different crosshair-values and one of them will be cg_crosshairColor followed by the name of a color, which then should be light blue

Cyan works fine, i can see it on all maps with a bright config
its not about it. I like light blue more :p
cg_crosshaircolor 0xa0c0ff

oh thats why it didn't work with my hex-codes! have to start with 0x :P
Parent

use white.
x (phi/((1+sqrt(5))/2))
Parent
*(e/pi)+(18!/i)

i = Jesus

YOU GET IT LOL, i = ROOT OF A NEGATIVE NUMBER = ROOT OF ALL EVIL

JESUS = ROOT OF ALL EVIL

HAHAHAHA I DID IT
Parent
NO, it means: j = Root of a "-1" => Jesus doesn't agree with u!
