Your gonna need an internal hdd also even if it's only 50gb or so.....
RAM is expensive, try crucial
I would get the RAM somewhere else, that seems very expensive to me

Why would you buy the e8500? e8400 is better and costs less
both will oc just as far, e8400 is cheaper
personally id take e8400 and spend the money saved on an aftermarket cpu cooler, eg, zalman, arctic freezer 7, scythe mugen, or whatever
