As a matter in fact, it is clean. I just spilled too many drinks on it, the spots wont come out anymore ^_^ (it used to lay there in a different angle but meh ;D

nah it's not that messy, most of it is stashed away either under the drivebays or under the cd drive, tried to keep as much airflow between the heatsink and front fans as possible

Q6600 runs so nicely. Had it up to 3.4ghz for a quick benchmark but didn't bother getting stable voltage. I'll probably go for a stable 3.6ghz at the weekend and keep it depending on temps

3ghz undervolted to 1.23 Vcore ran p95 for 20hours so I'm assuming its stable

mine was just too hot i have a 6400+ Black edition CPU and a 7950 GX2 (1Gb SLI) GFX in there and they are both known to run hot.

I'm jealous :D

idle temp: ~ 33 °C
load temp: ~ 60 °C

i can't rly trust these temps since the sensor of the E8400 is fuxored

That's b/s. Acer isn't as bad as it's said to be. I've seen laptops younger than mine break down. Mine hasn't. Including DELL's, Siemens and w/e else. Acer is just fine and I've had no problems with it.
