Fps dropping

Laptop Acer Aspire 1300 ,
Ati radeon 1300 xpress series,
2,0 Ghz 896 MB,
80 gig harddrive

and still I'm having fps drops on some maps...
Have update my ATI Card and removed spyware (don't think any further).
Formatted my pc & still I've got some fps drops..

Maps:

Radar -> 20
Goldrush -> 15
Other maps 40 not stable but okaj..
What to do?

actually he did help you, your pc is too shitty so it is normal you have drops nothing you can do about that

Owhh :D , well I had longtime ago a good pc , but had to sale it for school to get a laptop.
But now I actually want to play on this and get this shitty stuff =(.
