Quit smoking 3 days ago and I'm feeling the withdrawal symptoms @ max atm. Been craving a cig ever since I stopped but I haven't touched one yet and I really wanna quit this time. I feel really on edge and it's hard to stay polite or even sit still. Been chewing gum all day, went out to run like 5x today + did random long walks just to get some juice or some other useless things... I'm just annoyed, when is this gonna stop :X

How did you guys quit smoking? what changes did u notice? Are some trying to quit but can't and so on ... ?!

for me personally its not that hard to quit, its just hard becos it became a habit to put on a sig while im in a bar/club, i never rly smoked that much at home and now ive quit that totally and i just smoke when i go out (although im trying to quit that 2)

i deal with bar smoking in a simple way - i drink more :P

I tried that, only makes the withdrawal symptoms worse for me. Usually I smoked about ever 40 minutes so I tried to set a timer... every hour, then every 1 1/2 etc.Quit that cuz it made me even more miserable then I feel atm :X

i managed to never get hooked :p i smoke less than 5 a week now and i guess i'll continue like this since i'm happy this way.

I quit for 2 months , but it's very very hard. In my little town there is nothing to do. you can only hangout with friends and smoke:D . In the end I wanted to start again. I didnt need it anymore( got over the habbit) , but it was just tooo tooo booooring without it.

If I make it that far I wouldn't want to start again. I feel too good atm + Smoking really effects my body a lot :(

been smoking with some long and short brakes for four, five years now. now its just a habit and i dont really even bother to try quit anymore. =DDdd

smoking starts affecting you about 7-10 years, thats when most people notice it, you should quit because it gets extremely hard if you decide to do it later in life :/

If I ever hear that my dad is dead I'll tell you, he's been smoking every day since he was 17. now he's 53 or sth and the last time I saw him he was pretty healthy, didn't even have a bad cough, wouldn't believe all they tell you, cigarettes have over 1000 chemicals in them and the amount when each of them are burnt is unknown.. Weeds not that bad, even if they say it produces 4x the cancer causing chemicals etc, fuck knows how many thousands of harmful chemicals are made by smoking a cig that has 1000 chemicals in them to begin with, weed only has like what 70 or so, dunno, going to bed now anyways, gn8 :D
