atuner etccc

okay so I dl'ed aTuner due to the fact that I have an ATi card, Radeon 7200 to be exact. Then I tried ATi tray tools, but when I do that I get the blue screen of death. And I have to uninstall it in safe mode. So can anyone tell me how to use atuner, or fix the problem with ATi Tray Tools.

Does anyone have a music player that is streaming that probably wouldn't be blocked by a school filtering system, its so fucking annoying. Deezer, playlist, and rhapsody are all blocked.
